Timothy L. DickPresident

Tim Dick is co-founder and President of Complete Mechanical & Electrical Solutions. Tim brings 30+ years of diverse experience in property management, building operations and engineering services to Complete Mechanical & Electrical Solutions. His responsibilities include team development, leadership, and implementation of the company's vision and strategy.

Mr. Dick is a strong proponent of continuing education and industry affiliations. He is an active member of the United States Green Building Council National Capitol Region (USGBC-NCR), Apartment and Office Building Association (AOBA), and the Property Management Association (PMA). He also holds the following licenses and certifications: LEED Accredited Professional Maryland 1st Class Engineering License Master HVAC State of Maryland District of Columbia 3rd Class Engineering License Universal CFC Certified.

Kirk WagnerVice President

Kirk Wagner is the Vice President of Operations for Complete Mechanical & Electrical Solutions, LLC. Kirk brings 20+ years of diverse experience in property management, building operations and engineering services to CMES. His responsibilities include overseeing ongoing projects including new installations, service, preventive maintenance and ensuring company growth meets CMES standards. Prior to joining CMES, Kirk Wagner was the Chief Engineer for Brookfield Office Properties Inc. for a period of 21 years.

Kirk Wagner is a strong proponent of continuing education to keep up with ongoing mechanical technology. Kirk Wagner heads quality control and quality assurance for CMES. Kirk is in charge of teaching in house technicians and engineers how imperative Quality Assurance and Quality Control is to every project CMES performs.

He also holds the following licenses and certifications: Maryland 1st Class Engineering License District of Columbia 3rd Class Engineering License Universal CFC Certified.

Kevin DickDirector

Kevin Dick serves as the Director for Complete Mechanical & Electrical Solutions. His responsibilities include planning, scheduling, managing and delivering a finished project for CMES's customers. Kevin brings a diverse experience in property management, building operations and engineering services to Complete Mechanical & Electrical Solutions.

Prior to joining Complete Mechanical & Electrical Solutions, Kevin served as a Project Manager for Foulger-Pratt Management at a 1.1 million square foot complex in Silver Spring, MD., managing Construction, Electrical, Mechanical and General Contracting work for property management and the Government tenants occupying the facility. Kevin holds a Master Project Manager Certification from the American Academy of Project Management. His Leadership has been instrumental in streamlining operations and improving performance overall.

Ryan PeuschDirector of B.D. & Marketing

Ryan Peusch is the Director of Business Development & Marketing for Complete Mechanical & Electrical Solutions, LLC. Ryan brings 10 years of diverse experience in energy management, business development and technology consulting to CMES. His responsibilities include overseeing the Business Development and Marketing for CMES as well as developing new technologies for CMES's customer base.

Prior to joining CMES Ryan worked in Business Development for Exelon, a leading U.S. power generator and Retail Energy Supplier helping to develop and provide in-depth understanding of complex product structures and energy settlement options within industry segments including Power, Natural Gas, Load Response, Energy Efficiency, Solar, and Renewable Energy.

Tina TrinhOperations Administrator

Tina Trinh is the Operations Administrator for Complete Mechanical & Electrical Solutions. Tina brings knowledge of the government sector as well as accounting background to Complete Mechanical & Electrical Solutions. Her responsibilities include formulating proposals and contract agreements, processing and tracking all accounting functions, and maintaining office operations.

Prior to joining CMES, Tina was employed as a contractor for United States Marshals Service, Asset Forfeiture Division as a Financial Analyst. At U.S.M.S., she worked in different teams including Real Property, Finance and Audits and Internal Controls.

Robert J. OsborneV.P. of Estimating

Robert (Bob) Osborne serves as Vice President of Estimating for Complete Mechanical & Electrical Solutions. Bob brings 30 years of MEP estimating experience to CMES. Bob has successfully estimated residential, commercial, industrial, and government projects around the country. His responsibilities include overseeing all estimating projects for CMES, and running the estimating department. Prior to joining CMES, Bob Osborne was the President and CEO of OPT Mechanical Inc. a New Jersey based Mechanical company. Bob ran OPT Mechanical Inc. for over 10 years where he gained extensive knowledge and experience in the MEP market.

Bob attended Temple University’s Engineering program, and holds multiple certifications with many top equipment manufactures including Trane, Carrier, Honeywell, and McQuay.

Bob Osborne is a strong leader and is a valuable asset to CMES at the estimating department.
