Solutions: CMES’ relationship with NOAA is a perfect example of our ability to work with a government agency to develop long-term strategies. The solutions that we provide at the Silver Spring, Maryland Campus align directly with the government’s goal to reduce energy consumption, increase efficiency, and maintain “mission critical” and daily operations. CMES provides NOAA with 24-hour preventative maintenance and emergency repair support for over 450 pieces of critical equipment. Our energy efficient strategies result in significant savings throughout the NOAA facilities.

Government study: national oceanic and atmospheric administration, ssmc

Complete Mechanical and Electrical Solutions completed five projects at NOAA SSMC Buildings II, III and IV. Scope of work included: HVAC Equipment Replacement, UPS Battery Replacement, Condenser Water Rise Replacement, and Electrical Conduit Installation. CMES completed all projects on time and on budget, with minimal interruption to NOAA’s staff and business operation.

CMES provides 24-hour preventative maintenance and emergency repair support for over 450 pieces of critical equipment. We assess and develop energy efficient strategies throughout the NOAA facilities providing significant savings. We manage, repair and install: Water Detection Systems for 24/7 Critical Data Center - Occupancy Sensors and DDC Controls – Supplemental A/C Units- Electrical Upgrades, UPS and Power Distribution Units - Humidifiers, Exhaust Units and Air Handlers - Computer Room Fire Alarm Panels - Surge Suppressors and Batteries.
