TERRENCE V. MOLLOY, PE

INTRODUCTION: This resume is a snapshot of a very rewarding management and engineering career that has spanned four decades. The opportunity to work with skilled engineers, top management from a variety of industries, college students, and those that "get out the laundry" has provide a great learning experience. My personal goal is to share that experience and knowledge with others for our mutual benefit.

On June 1, 1993, I retired from PG&E to fulfill a life-long dream of running my own consulting business. The business, Creative Management & Engineering Solutions, Inc., (CMES) was started in 1988 and incorporated in October 1994. The mission is to provide consulting services that will enhance our client's ability to integrate technology and business objectives in a cost effective and timely manner. This mission is accomplished by using evolving technology and applying a combination of experience and education to identify issues before they become problems; thus eliminating the need to solve yesterday's problems tomorrow.

EXPERIENCE:
Forty years of management and engineering experience in research, design, construction, and operations of energy and process systems. The first eleven years concentrated in the areas of basic research and product development. That was followed by twenty-two years working in the power industry providing engineering and management support for the design and construction of nuclear, fossil, and geothermal electric generating units. The years since retiring from PG&E have been spent developing CMES’s business by providing technical and re-engineering business consulting services and volunteering my time to ISA and community service groups such as Rotary.

EDUCATION:  1966 BS. Mechanical Engineering; New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark, NJ.
1976 Masters of Business Administration; California State University, Hayward, CA
The above degrees were obtained by taking night classes during the period from September 1959 to June 1976. During the period from 1962 to 1966 I was classified as a full-time student while working forty hours per week.
